I don't believe so. I think it's against Kickstarter rules to have multiple accounts.
You can write to the admins by clicking on help-questions and I clue following information:
1. Your question
2. Your real name
3. Your username
4. The Kickstarter account you signed up with
5. Additional Kickstarter profile links you'd like tied to your main account

I contacted BackerClub about this topic and they said it's not possible to link multiple Kickstarter or Indiegogo accounts to one BackerClub account. They did tell me that it was fine to have multiple BackerClub accounts, they just won't be linked!
