Should we followup on Pledges via BackerClub

Hi..,

I am new to backerclub. I pledged few projects via backerclub and couple of them are fully funded but I did not get the surveys for both of them. I had followed up on one of them and they have sent the survey but the other did not respond even after couple of messages and comments on their project page.
How does it generally work. is the followup a common thing..

Surveys may be sent out 2-4 weeks after a campaign or not until a few weeks before they are ready to ship. Kickstarter recommends sending surveys later in the process.

If the project has not sent any backer surveys I wouldn't worry. If they had BackerClub members back at $1 and have sent surveys to other levels I'd comment here on their project page, drop a note to BackerClub Admins through Help-Contact Us, and comment on the project update where they said they sent out surveys.

Again if the project hasn't sent surveys out to everyone yet don't worry. More and more Kickstarters are sending surveys later.
