Crowdfunding from the UAE

Hey guys,

I wanted to know if there is a way to launch a project on Kickstarter or Indiegogo from the UAE.

I do not see UAE in the list of countries mentioned, however, I see a few projects on Kickstarter & Indiegogo that are from the UAE. Finding it very confusing!

Any help would be appreciated.
