The manufacturing material of Fridgmate is stainless steel ozone anion generator. It can function for more than 5 years under cold and wet conditions.

The internal structure of the Fridgmate is sealed and moisture-proof, which achieves IP65 moisture-resistant.

Fridgmate can function well for a long time when it is placed between -10 to 10 degree Celsius.

2. How do I know whether the sterilization is effective of not?

First, we focus on 6 categories of bacteria for professional testing. The most authoritative Chinese testing organizations, Guangzhou microbiological testing center released a report and we filmed the testing process in a video. Currently, we aim to kill the Psychrophile in the refrigerator and Fridgmate results excellent with 96.26% sterilization rate, which is the worldwide highest figure result.

Second, the food stored in the refrigerator is fresher with longer preservation period and there is no longer peculiar smell after putting Fridgmate in the refrigerator. This well shows that our product is effective in sterilization.

3. Is it effective in eliminating the peculiar smell of the refrigerator? 

There are two ways to eliminate the peculiar smell of the refrigerator. First, we can remove the organic components with strong oxidation of ozone. Second, with the use of anion, it will help shoot down the airborne dust or small particles which emit odors.

4. How long can Fridgmate help to extend the foods’ lifespan?

We conducted an experiment using a refrigerator in laboratory to compare the food preservation period with the use of Fridgmate. The result showed that with Fridgmate, the lifespan for strawberries were prolonged for 5 days, lettuce were prolonged for 10 days, chili were prolonged for 14 days and orange were prolonged for 21. Different food products have various preservation period extensions. 

5. Can I put Fridgmate in my car to eliminate the peculiar smell? 

Fridgmate is researched and designed for the conditions and bacteria survival of the refrigerator. If you put it in your car, as the ozone concentration, air humidity and concentration of negative ions are not enough in car, thus Fridgmate would not be able to function well. Therefore, we would recommend you to use it in refrigerator only. 

6. Although ozone can help with sterilization, inhaling too much ozone is harmful to human, how should I avoid this problem?

Having 0.1ppm of ozone in an environment for more than eight hours will be harmful to the human. On the contrary, inhaling a small amount of ozone would be beneficial to the human. For example, when there are thunderstorms, the ozone concentration in the atmosphere is about 0.04ppm, which is completely harmless. The core competitiveness of Fridgmate is its precise control of ozone emissions, ensuing the ozone concentration overflow is always less than 0.018ppm.

7. How does Fridgmate extend the lifespan of perishable foods?

Fridgmate will automatically release the right amount of ozone and anions according to the internal volume of refrigerator. This can effectively inhibit the metabolism of food and to inhibit the microbial pathogens from breeding. It also helps prevent food degradation and inhibit the generation of mildew.

9. Is ozone harmful to the materials such as the plastic and seal bag in refrigerator? 

The internal manufacturing material of refrigerator is usually plastic while the seal bags are usually silicone in nature. These materials will not have any chemical reaction with ozone.
