Foam rollers and Massage guns are well known for stretching and massage purpose. However, they have some disadvantages such as they can be only used to limited areas, for example foam rollers are designed to stretch mainly the back side of the body while massage guns are designed to massage the front side of the body(In case the user is using the product by his or her own without any partner).

In the contrast, our Limfa Stick easily targets any part of the body without any help of a partner.
