Every jacket comes with a washing instructions label. For best results: please wash in maximum temperature of 40°C/104°F; do not bleach; hang to dry; do not tumble dry; iron on low temperature; do not dry clean.

We’re dedicated to delivering an amazing product just like we did with our previous campaign, and you can rest assured that the Satori™ Jacket is also top quality. We have accounts with major shipping companies such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and USPS. During our first Kickstarter campaign, we shipped most jackets using UPS and FEDEX. Our U.S. backers received their rewards within two (2) to three (3) days of shipping.
For our International backers, we used a combination of FEDEX, DHL, and UPS, and most backers received their jackets within two (2) to (3) weeks of shipping.
COVID-19: As of today, we are not aware of any delays in worldwide shipping. We use commercial accounts, and our packages have been getting to their destinations without any issues.
For international backers, customs and duties are charged by your country but never by us. Many of our backers received their parcels without any additional charges. We will offer worldwide FREE shipping including insurance and VAT as we did with our first campaign.
If you follow the sizing chart carefully, the Satori™ jacket will fit you. Please order a size up if you're between sizes, or your size fluctuates. Still, if you wish to exchange your jacket, we will allow exchanges, but you’ll have to pay for the two way shipping. The item must be unworn and still have the tags attached to it. We have a 30 day exchange policy.
Our warranty means that you have 10 years to open the package and inspect it for manufacturing defects and send it back to us for a replacement. All garments eventually show signs of wear, and damages and wear-and-tear are not covered under Satori's 10 year warranty. The item must be unworn and still have the tags attached to it.
We will collect needed sizing and shipping information from you after the campaign ends. We have our own in-house staff that is in charge of fulfillment. We ship from the United States; we include insurance and tracking for your parcels.
