How is Lumzag connected to your phone?Lumzag is connected to your phone via the Lumzag App. If the distance between Lumzag and your phone is not too far it is connected via direct wireless connection and when the distance is too far it is using mobile connection.
How much power does the Solar Panel provide?The Output Power for Solar Panel is 5 Watt.
How long is the battery life?It depends on the way you use it. If you're not charging your devices and the battery is used only for the bag than it can be used up to a week.
How long does it take for the power bank to be charged fully?The built-in power bank is 10 000mAh and it takes about 4 hours for wired charging and about 6-7 hours for wireless charging.
What exactly is "Wifi hotspot"?There is a built in SIM card in the Lumzag bag which allows you to access internet worldwide with incredibly lower prices than conventional roaming charges.Thanks to this system you can have your own WiFi in the bag and connect your phone or laptop to it.

How the wireless charger works?There is a special pocket (on the strap for Backpack & on the back side of the bag for Messenger and CrossBody) and when you put your QI supported phone in it the phone charges wirelessly.

How does the wallet tracker work ?Simply place the tracker into your wallet.The Tracker is connected to your phone via Bluetooth. When the distance between your wallet and phone is big enough to disconnect, your phone receives a notification. Even if you missed that notification you can check the last place your wallet was before the connection was lost.

What is the biggest notebook size that fits?The laptop compartment is ideal to hold 15-16 inch notebook.
But if your laptop is bigger and is slim enough, the compartment can fit it.
