Additionally, the walls in the pillbox are removable. Remove one of the walls and you have two chambers instead of four for your larger pills. Remove both walls and you have the perfect spot for another powder. This is a lovely option for those wanting to make yet another shake or for people who have a special pre or post workout protein powder they like to keep on hand. You get to choose!

Second, the dual chamber design of the shaker cup is perfectly engineered so that you can prep your shake at home before running of to work or the gym. 

You put liquid into one chamber and your powder into the other, then close the lid. The two chamber system holds 25 oz of volume in total. The larger chamber consists of 17 oz for liquids. And the smaller chamber of 8 oz can hold up to two and a half scoops of powder. 

When you’re ready to make your shake, you simply twist the lid 360 degrees, which allows for the liquid and powder to merge inside the cup.
