Using third party services to get "buzz"

So I've been doing my research for new ways to get exposure. Who would of guessed launching a kickstarter campaign would be so hard? Build it and they will come..not. lol

Anyways, I'm curious of any stories where the project creators completely rely on third party services for easy promotion and how well it worked for them https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/ .
