Yeah, I've kept the internation shipping as a flat rate, so within Europe it'll cover my costs- but the further afield I go the more likely it is I'm going to be making a loss on postage, and with quite a few backers in the states I'm anticipating a big hit when I start shipping!

Bearback maybe you should talk to Faibanks. The other beard project. I know technically you two are competing projects. But maybe you could find a way to work together at least from the shipping perspective. Ship each other all the orders going to the US/Europe and then the other could ship those out so they are "local". I also think you each might have something a bit different to offer. I'm going to be posting their info in a couple minutes. Just an idea. Ignore me if its crazy talk.
