At what *star level* does one gain access to the lounges?

The blurb says "certain star levels (or above)", so I wondered if the definition of "certain" was supposed to be a secret, or if the information was somewhere on the site
I haven't seen anything in the lounges in a while.

Lounges used to be for anyone 1-7 stars. I've not seen the lounge open in 3 months or more. I don't know if they were available to interns/members who've backed under 50 projects or not.
