Would you go to a location (a room near a shop, a location in a start-up place, university) that could offer several services to the backers and creators. What services would you like to have?
* Ship your goods to this place (like your permanent address), You'll collect it from there (as you are never home when it's shipped and no time to go to the post office or other collecting points)
* Trainings / Courses / Seminars on crowdfunding, creating a project
* Meeting creators and comment before launch
* other ideas / services this HUB could provide ?

Interesting concepts. I personally wouldn't use any of these services as I'm bedridden. Ones I see as having potential:

1. Training/seminars/creating crowd funding projects
2. Meet-ups with other creators before launch as well as part-way through
3. Other ideas: meet-ups with creators & potential backers prior to launch
4. Backer meet-ups
