How do i know when backerclub receives my item?

So i purchased items following the backerclub details for the extra goodies, but there is no follow up from the backerclub team to make sure that we as customers know what is going on. I want to believe in this site but it's quite hard when people that backed items from kickstarter has received their items and i have no email regarding confirmation.

so if we order through backer club our items don't get shipped to us? They get shipped to BC and then they send it over? if so, then i'm completely not down to do that

Do you mean if you backed something on Kickstarter or something you bought through the BackerClub store?
