I too reached out to [email protected] and got a reply from Mark. I told him that I would not repeat what I was told UNLESS he said it was okay, and he did not. Sorry. But go ahead and ask yourself. I got some general information, but no solid specifics, but, well, your mileage may vary.

On a totally separate note, before logging in today, I took a look as some of the information available to prospecitce Creators BEFORE the actually submit their projects. You can do so here http://backerclub.co/begin-submit.php as well, if you haven't already.

Am I the *only* one that didn't know that the Admins were getting paid to list projects?

PS: Based on the numbers in those pages, I wonder what the Admins have down with the over $30,000 they've been paid to date?

We don't know how many people do the flat rate versus %. We have had a number of BC projects cancel or fail & if those were done on % the founders got nothing. Back in November & December I think we did a special discount or even free to get projects when the club was 1st starting out. So yeah early members knew the founders were getting paid and is was one of the complaints about not knowing the criteria here. It is why they will pay us for bringing in backers and projects.

I did find going through the pages for submitting a project interesting and was thinking about asking the founders to put some of those stats at the top of the projects page for us backers to see the impact we have.

Thanks for the link ShadowCub. That was very interesting to read. Based on the small number of backers that I see on a lot of the BC project pages, I had not expected that the Club's members had that big of an impact on campaigns.
