Any ideas on how to reach the backersclub support team?

Hey guys,

Project creator here, we listed with Backersclub last year with great success, however upon submission this time around, the project (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/el ... -loungewea) got rejected (even though it's doing better than our previous project).

I tried reaching out to [email protected] but there's been no response. Is there another way to get through to them?
