Does bluetooth tracking products need to be classy?

Hi everyone,
We all have seen some form bluetooth based tracking products in plastic form like Tile, TrackR, Chipolo or stuffed inside a wallet like Ekster or Walli. But do these really address the issue of giving the product a luxury feel and tracking is only an add-on not the primary selling point. Hence the tracking bit can remain hidden, non-intrusive to user experience and sustainable in design. Does anyone feel that user experience is more important than any piece of technology used for a consumer product?
Would like to know what the community thinks about RockDove products........more interested in the negative comments if any?
