Handmade leather goods from premium european leather

I am an immigrant from Ukraine, I was born and raised there. But for the last 5 years I'm living in New York.
Since Russia invaded our territory and annexed Crimea in 2014 Ukrainian economy is in deep depression. Ukrainian currency lost it's value.
Two of my friends Tanja and Ira lost their jobs. They both are talented girls who were working in a garment factory.
I wanted to help them, but I didn't know how at the beginning. During spring of 2015 I came up with the idea of starting leather goods company and opening atelier in Ukraine. I’ve always had passion for leather craft, but never thought about selling anything. I started working on the collection of handbags.
During August I rented small studio and hired Tanja and Ira, without having any customers or orders. I was doing training on Skype, teaching them leathercraft. We used the same leather that Hermes is using, our instruments and treads are from century old companies in France. In terms of quality our bags are so much better than mass produced bags from retailers.
We also have small leather goods such as passport covers and card wallets as pledge rewards.
