The only other thing I might suggest is a reward that has all the materials necessary to execute a simple project.
I think you've got true makers all locked up already.
A friendly assist for people who are on the edge but not quite sure how to proceed would probably get good use out of a guided, simple project, where you could be pointing out all the other additional things that could be done in the future.
