I'm in, and I see a lot of other backers are too.

The BC reward seems a little stiff on this one. I'm in for a regular and a small cube and still no reward? Oh well.

Yeah $100 was way above what I could afford for a single project for something which just "looks cool". I showed it to my husband last night and he reminded me I'm trying to declutter the house and I don't work. I don't even have an office in the house. I love the snowman reward. If I could afford I'd be all over that one. Could put it out when guest come for meals and watch as each plays with them as they arrive.

I'm in on this one too. love toys to play with on conference calls, at my desk. I agree the prices (although understandable for tungsten) are high for something that doesn't perform a function, but I went in for the 1 inch, because 1/2 inch didn't seem to be big enough to be worth it. Like having a pebble to skip across the water versus a rock. That said I can't make any rational argument to up my pledge to level needed for the BackerClub reward

I actually have a excuse - er, reason for getting these. Since I got the 3d printer, I wanted to get these to have reference objects for simple print tests. Yeah, I'll go with that for a while

Sometimes any reason is enough reason, when "I want it!" Doesn't feel like enough

Good for you for going for it. It's unique. Not something everyone will have.

I assume the $100 order threshold is just the raw pledge value, not including shipping?

Usually that's the case. Then again they usually have a pledge at the $$ value. In this case I see a $79 and then $129 pledge. You might want to click the contact me link on the Kickstarter & ask.
