Are there any gamers that are into painting, collecting, and/or playing miniatures gaming?

What games are you playing and what Kickstarters have you been backing with miniatures lately?

Backing it with painted miniatures since I have no painting skills, looks like a great fun game =)

I am watching that one currently. I like the look of the miniatures, kind of disappointed at the scale it is at though because it means I can't dual purpose the miniatures... I can only use them to play that game. I'm backing Conan and now Ghostbusters, but still waiting to see a bit more to pull me into Guards.

I backed this one: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/15 ... f-mr-bones for quite a bit and they are shipping now! Looking forward to a lot of painting in my future.

I have a support level backing for https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/806316071/conan but can not currently afford to back to receive the product. They have some great looking figures though.

Related - I also backed https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/55 ... line-brush and like the product receive so far. The remainder of my add ons are on the way. :-)

The Space Cadets: Away Missions project has your choice of painted or unpainted minis. You can also just get the minis instead of buying the whole game.

What are your thoughts on the Ghostbusters game? I'm torn over it. Running low on my allotted Kickstarter budget, and I'm not a super big fan of Ghostbusters. Nevertheless, the miniatures look fun and, from what we've seen of the gameplay, it looks to be interesting. Also, I've tweeted at the Writer of the comic (but for Ninja Turtles-related things), and he seems pretty cool.

I used up my budget on Space Cadets: Away Missions. I liked the first Ghostbuster movie quite a bit, but I'm not really interested in the Ghostbuster game.

Space Cadets was just too much for me at this point...

I have a giant backlog from Mr. Bones, the Gnome Minis, and the Chibi Minis...I'm looking forward to getting a chance to play Arcadia Quest some more.

I went a little too heavy into miniatures when I first got into Kickstarter. Robotech, All Quiet on the Martian Front, Deadzone, etc. I have a LOT of painting that I need to get done. As such, I typically only back miniature games with a set amount of models that would look good unpainted if need be. Basically, most of the CMON stuff, but the occasional other game as well.

I'm a heavy miniature game backer. From Kickstarter I've funded quite a few including various Mantic Games projects, Wild West Exodus, Blackwater Gulch, Drakerys and various others. I back some board games as well and have a permanent browser tab following the Tabletop Games category ordered by latest projects first. I've also been selling off some of my gear, including Robotech Tactics, Rivet Wars and certain other board games. It's easy to over-back and need to clear some excess gear!
