Campaign got declined by an automated system. How do I figure out why?

After setting up a campaign, I submitted it to Kickstarter for validation. It said it would take 1-3 work days for someone to look it over. Instead it took about 10 seconds, and then I got a notice saying the project had been reviewed and declined.
Obviously it wasn't, not that quickly! Some algorithm looked it over and found a problem with it. Thing it, it doesn't say what the problem was! It said to look over some pages for improving the campaign, but as near as I can tell, everything a project requires has been done, and none of the things it says are forbidden are present in the campaign.
I tried emailing Kickstarter customer support, asking what had gone wrong, but I've gotten no response after more than a week. I feel like I'm in a catch-22 here: I have only one chance to fix the problem and appeal, but without knowing what the problem is, how can I fix it?
Is there any reliable way to reach a human being at Kickstarter, or... I don't even know what. I'm kinda at my wit's end here!
