Using Clear Wave PR a good idea?

Hello everyone,,
I'm running a crowd-funding campaign in the UK for a self heating china smart mug and Im struggling to get exposure in the US. A PR agency called Clear wave PR have phoned me a couple of times and I'm thinking of using them. Has anyone else used them? Is it worth doing?
