KS account blocked ?

Hi guys, I need your help please.

I can't pledge anymore. More than one week ago, I tried to backa campaign, but I had an erro telling "Account in review, contact us for more information". SInce feb 4th, I have send to them 3 support tickets to have information, my account is still blocked and I haven't received any answer...
I have read a similar ticket, I never hab CB issues, I never ask creator to join BackerClub, I always pais for what I pledge. What are my possibilities ton get my account back ?Or what coulb be the cause for a such review ?

Based on what you've said no idea. Things that trigger reviews I can think of:

1. Contacting creators for any reason which they object to

2. Contacting too many creators (unknown) over a short time period (unknown) triggers one of their algorithms

3. Mentioning BackerClub in comments may now trigger reviews

4. Mentioning a different project in comments may trigger a review

5. If someone complains about your comments

6. Backing and then canceling your pledge on a number of projects frequently

Those are things I can think of off the top of my head. Good luck.
