Intro. from Bob Weiner

Hi:

I am Bob Weiner, a creator, engineer and entrepreneur from Connecticut (an hour outside Manhattan).
I discovered BackerClub not long ago and found that Mark and his team were extraordinarily responsive and welcoming, so I joined. I have backed around 51 Kickstarter projects myself and a number through our startup company, as I love the concept of creators connecting directly with those interested in their work and how community participation helps drive projects further.

I have been on the Internet since 1982, if you can believe it, developing software and using the original Internet forums (USENET) but I am really just learning about social media, so that should be interesting.
