I actually just sent an email requesting the same thing but have yet to receive a response. All of my pledges from Kickstarter, do not show up in my Backerclub and it's frustrating because I feel as if I'm missing out.

So I just paid for an annual fee option, rather than the monthly fee... extremely concerning considering what I just read here.
Some of you were charged but then some of you say it's free...
I think we should file a complaint. What's going on??
