The founder was never active on the forums. There has never been an admin for the forums.

They stopped the referral program a while back. No idea if they will restart it. Best way to get answers is using the contact link in the help section as the founders don’t use the forums much, if ever.

Kickstarter doesn't have a way to export all your pledges. At over 2,700 Kickstarters backed this is frustrating at times as loading takes forever and there is no way to sort or play with my data. If enough backers ask for exporting and/or reporting they might add the capability.

I'm with you. I miss the lounge. Seems like the more projects the less extras the founders offer the members. I used to be active here but became less active over time.

If you mention on your BackerClub project page you are a BackerClub member you might get more members backing your project. I know in the early days we did back members but we've gotten so big since then. Being a member of BackerClub doesn't guarantee you'll be accepted by the admins/founders. I don...

Click help & write to admins using contact forms. Or if you are creator check the dashboard and see if it has an update project page feature.

Do you mean if you backed something on Kickstarter or something you bought through the BackerClub store?
