You are right, if a project is not listed, it shouldn't say it is. Unfortunately, you are mistaken and it is listed. Try this link:

Hi all,

I am getting a message that my account is under review when trying to back a project just now. I will advise once I find out why. I believe it might be that I called my credit card for fraud on two KS campaigns which appear to be the same company scamming people.
